jmeter-jms software package provides Load testing and performance measurement application, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install jmeter-jms
jmeter-jms is installed in your system.
Make ensure the jmeter-jms package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep jmeter-jms *
You will get with jmeter-jms package name, version, architecture and description in a table
